ok so I've got a decision to make...is it better to buy a condo flat out and flip it or buy a mortgage on a house to flip? I've got some money to play with, enough to buy a condo flat out and have money for fixes, but is it more cost effective to have a bigger budget to use and just mortgage out a house?
