Need help in multi unit building

I am looking for around 10 units building. I would appreciate if you guys suggest me which area is good for rentals and how to find good deals. Thank you for your time in advance.

And here is another example of someone who does not want to do the hard work that it takes to really be successful. All I read in these questions is "someone please do all the work for me to make a lot of money". 

It doesn't matter how much money you have to spend, you have to actually do a little work to research the areas you want to own a property in, run the numbers, interpret the true return numbers and not just the stated ROI numbers from the seller (they will ALWAYS be inflated), etc.
