1.  Any serious NY city investor interested? Single family residence in mount Vernon for sale in good condition. No work needed on property to rent out. Price $800,000 .   Buyer Willing to hold a note . Refinance and take over property . Can be rented out for about $6000.00 a month. Taxes $19000.
