Sellers agent is escrow company will this affect double close

I need a response quickly. I have SFR under contract and have already started getting inquiries from buyers. The issue is (and it may not even be an issue) the seller is working with an agent and the agent requires that I open escrow with them. Will this affect my doing a double close? I am set to make a sizable profit if everything goes as planned and I hear that some buyers don't like to see you make to much of a profit so I shouldn't do this as an assignment. But I'm not expecting this agent to be ok with a double close either. I considered offering the agent to represent me as well as my buyer agent so that might help smooth him over (double commission), but would that conflict with him doing what is in the best interest of the current seller? Would the closing attorney do the double escrow and the agent not be a concern? I really need advice on this one from some experienced wholesalers! What are my options?
