I'm wondering where you think we are in terms of home prices since the crash? On BP and other sources, I see that markets around the country have surpassed 2005/2006 prices, but I don't see that in my local small market on the coast. Houses are selling quicker and home prices are starting to rise, but I don't see 2005 prices. What are your thoughts on where our market is in the cycle?
