We have a meeting with a potential private money lender. He asked to see our portfolio to see what kinds of deals we have done. How do y'all guys go about creating property profiles? What type of information is important? Before/after pics? Rent/expenses? Hud statements? Is there software available to plug in the information? I appreciate any information y'all can give me. Thx!
