Chicago RE taxes? The good and bad?

Hey everyone,

What's the current situation w/ the taxes and the proposed increase? 

Where is the best place to find the yearly taxes on property? Usually they're available via the property appraiser's website, but I've been unable to locate them via the Cook County (chicago) PAO.
