property with previous foundation repairs

Hi everyone, I'm new to real estate investing and this forum. I've been looking for a good deal and came across some properties that is below the market price; however, there has been foundation repairs. This particular property that I'm interested in had repairs done 9 years ago and there is a Lifetime warranty. Should I run from properties with foundation repairs or should I grab? My logic is that since the foundation has been repaired there is a smaller chance of it needing to be repaired again.....unless if the foundation company did a crappy job..... but it's been 9 years and seller did not mention any further problems. Although there is a Lifetime Warranty but what if there's future foundation problems and just my luck the company is no longer in business.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Thanks
