Expired lien

Just got into escrow and found two of what I believe to be expired liens.  I can still purchase the property but title insurance excludes the liens.  I know that to rehab and then resell I'll need to get the liens off of title.  Could someone with experience on this advise on the best way to have the expired liens removed.
