Does anybody have any investments in Lancaster or Lake Elsinore that are performing well? There aren't many good places in SoCal that work for buy and hold strategies, so I'm curious as to whether these areas would be viable options.

I am thinking of investing in lake Elsinore myself. It seems like it is an upcoming Neighborhood and a good option compared to the rest of Socal/San Diego area.

 Any else eyeing this place or is it just me. Would love to talk.
