August of 2015 we purchased a property as an investment it required full rehab. 1500 sq ft 2/2 complete new baths and new kitchen all new hvac updated all electrical and restored original hard wood floors. Home is what I call double master bedroom big open living dining kitchen area. We bought and paid for all repairs w cash. We are currently living in this home as our primary residence (we rented far too long) this was never meant to be our "home" just a means to stop renting. Now my question we have done several other investment properties mostly land and assignments I have never had a rental. Should we A) keep this home leverage it and rent it out. B) keep it 2 years avoiding any taxes and then sell it C) sell it now and use all monies to purchase at least 2 properties. And then get a typical loan on a "home". We have been very stuck on what to do since we have finished all work here should we keep it as a rental or use the money it can make and redo the whole process
