Hi!

I'm a newbie and I'm interested in investing within a 20 mile radius of Downtown Atlanta. What are the hot counties and cities to buy discounted properties and flip? Are 3bed 2bath more common? Townhouses? Condos? What are the normal discounted prices? Avg ARV? Any advice would help.
