How to build buyers list in Atlanta
I've been marketing my business here in Atlanta, Ga to buy homes. A couple of people have called me about their properties they want me to purchase. As a wholesaler, I am essentially the middle man between the seller and investor/buyer. Unfortunately, the investor I typically work with is tied up with finances on the properties I have already sold him. Is there anyone out there who knows a different way to scout out investors/buyers or has a VIP buyers list handy? Willing to team up with you at the closing table.
