Hey there, My name is Jared and I am from the Bay Area. I have a goal for 2016 to buy one mutlifamily property in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area and am looking for some help along the way. I am new to investing and am excited to learn and connect with people that want to share their knowledge!
