Possible to have an FHA and USDA loan at the same time?
I was speaking with a friend earlier who may get into REI by renting out his primary residence and then purchasing a tri/fourplex to house hack. He currently is 5 years in on a USDA loan and is not able to refinance or pull out equity because the mortgage is underwater.
What I am curious about is if it is possible to get an FHA loan while holding a USDA loan?
