Lower down payments
Looking for some general advice on how to keep down payments as low as possible. I always here the cliche "use as little of your own money as possible" but how to investors actually do this? Given today's multi family market based on cash flows it would take 10 years plus to get the initial down payment back out of an investment. Thoughts...
