Florida Is Back On Top..

according to a recent Harris poll after 14 years (since 2001) Florida now ranks #1 where people would relocate to from their current state. CA was #2 and HI #3. Given my pick, I will stick with the sunshine, awesome fishing, no state income tax, and affordable investment properties that cash flow! CO and NY rounded out the top five.
