Flip as Turn Key OR hold OR BRRR???
Hi BP community,
Question: I purchased my first investment property in October and it is in the process of being completely rehabbed. We are debating whether to hold it as a cash flow property (~$400/month clear) or flip it as a turnkey property to another investor.
We purchased this House with our own cash. So flipping it seems like the fastest way to get our capital out in order to reinvest.
We have considered the BRRR method but I've been told that we can't finance the house until it's been a year since the remodel. Is this still the case? And it would knock out a portion of our monthly cash flow to cover the new mortgage.
Any recommendations??
