Staging a house.. Is it worth it?

Hi Everyone,

I'm one week away from finishing my first flip. I'm planning on having a professional photographer to take pictures of the property. I'm still debating if I should be staging the property.

Properties around the area sell between 140,000-160,000.Most of the investors in the area don't stage their flips. Should I be staging the house? I'm not sure if it's really worth it given the price low ARV around the area. The property is located in a C neighborhood.

Not for a C neighborhood in that price point. You can put one or two little things on the kitchen counter, bathroom counter, and I have put a table and chairs in the dining room before with a sign on it saying "have a seat and write up an offer" with a stack of RE contracts. Other than that, save the money.

If it were a different area with a higher price-point it might make sense.
