land/lot sales advice

I bought a 8 ac. in stagecoach,nv. for $120k cash in the hi mkt to subdivide  into 2 lots and put mobile homes on them. I don't have the $ to do so now. The mkt is improving but, still

not as good as when i bought??? looking for a winning idea!!!     I'm 76 years young and could use some fun $$$...

Also have a 3ac. comm lot on hwy 50 @Lafond, dayton, nv.   pd $100k cash for same time frame. maybe i could rent it or ?
