Memphis (Cordova) Natural Disasters?

Hi all,

Looking to get an SFH in Cordova, Tennessee. Doing some research suggests that this area might have a higher risk of tornados. Does anybody know, roughly, around that area how much tornado insurance costs (or if it is just normally covered)--or does this vary widely?
