To Share or Not to Share : Survey
As the buyer, I paid for a survey on a property I have under contract to purchase. The listing agent is asking not only for a copy of the survey but for my invoice from the surveyor. Is this normal? I gave the survey company the title company info, and assumed they were working directly with them.
I was under the impression, since I paid for the survey, the survey belongs to me and thus I do not have to share/show it to agent or seller. Is this true?
