I have come across a couple of sellers who have had questions about their insurance and seller their home. The question they have is if they sell will the profit they make affect their insurance?? Will the state of California look at that as too much income and cancel the insurance or affect it for them in a negative way? It would just be nice to know the exact answer for the seller when having a conference with them about buying their property off the market. Always beneficial to give them the right answer!! I have called medical and they are not too helpful or I have yet to speak to someone who is helpful. Go figure.
