Working on a deal
I am currently working on a deal in a upcoming neighborhood
The owner is asking for 739k for the property which is about 1900 sq feet its sitting
on a lot. Which will be torn down when its purchased and the price going after upgrades
would be around 1.6 million. Would i be safe offering 380K or how should i work this deal?
The owner is relocating and seems motivated. Can anyone suggest what would be the best
asking offer?
