Hoping to continue progressing and learn more about financing
So, I have a couple of homes but only have the 20% down on them, I am renting them out and have a couple of homes that i am working on right now. I am hoping that you can help me to find a way to get started with no money down, I have a seller that is willing to carry a 700k loan over a 35 year period which is great but he wants 100 k down. I am wondering if anyone has any creative ideas to get me started or ways to leverage or create capitol out of nowhere.
I have a few months to get ready, seller will not be ready to sell until February at the soonest and i assume that we can let it take a couple months longer.
