I have been working as middle man on a deal have the seller of a 1.6M multi 32 unit and buyer wanted it for 1.3, I got it to 1.4 seller has rep and I am rep to buyer, buyer works for New Western and does not plan on closing. The way the rep and I are structuring the contract is with options that buyer needs seller is good with price but since buyer plans on not closing the deal can me and the other rep get paid in escrow? Please help me get this deal done without having to place buyer under contract and assign to seller, because if thats the case the seller will back out! Thank you!
