Need advice from experienced investors
I have a question for all of you seasoned investors. We have a HUD house under contract and are in a 10 day inspection period and called to have utilities turned on for the inspector. But gas compnay said it will be 4-6 weeks before they can send a technician out to service the house because the house has been vacant. The guy on the phone was vague and said he would have to call me back and he could put in the order to install new pipes. Has anyone come across this? Is this reason for concern, because at this point we are concerned. Or is it typical? I appreciate your time and advice.
