Good evening all, I win in auction but before closing deal house was abandoned. I called the real estate agent and he send a email to ask the company which did the auction and they said is nothing we can do for that. The give me option ether to let that property go and they can give my money back or to keep as it is. Can any one advice me what should I do in this case? Regards, Jetmir
