16 tech area. Indianapolis

I am hoping to get some feedback from other Indianapolis investors on a certain area.  The 16 tech area located south of 16th street between white river and fall creek.  I have done a little research about the tech redevelopment going on.  I am wondering what others think about how it will affect the neighborhoods surrounding.  particularly to the north, on the east side of the golf course.  I am looking at some of the renew Indy properties in there and thinking about buy/hold strategies.  Thanks!

I would look else where. And if your turnkey is being offered by anyone associated with Oceanpointe, Bert Whalen, or Clayton Morris, I would run away.
