Probate deal in Illinois

Hello everyone,

I just came across potential deal in cook county. An old lady is selling her husband house who passed away 2 years ago. I did a bit of research on the house and it seems the house was transferred to an LLC immediately after her husband closed on the house back in 2010.

My main concern is that I don't see the new owners names recorded with the county. Perhaps the LLC was owned by both of them? I'd assume that after 2 years, the county should show records of the new owners at this point.

Let me know what are your thoughts.
