Gilmer County, Georgia investors:

We're trying to do a favor for a homeowner whose property we purchased recently in Metro Atlanta.

They have a cabin in the mountains in Ellijay they're desperately trying to sell, and asked for our help. This is definitely NOT in our sweet spot.

Do you know anyone who works that area?

We haven't seen it. But apparently, the property needs a ton of work. They're asking just $15K for it.

We're not looking for a profit in the deal of any kind. Just trying to pay it forward.
