I wanted to say hello to everyone I am from Arizona located in Phoenix I am looking to invest on the MLS or for sale by owners and my question is ...

How do you make deals with no license it seems like you have to have a real estate license I find that while I want to start a company and be an investor its hard with out an agent I understand how to send emails and make deals that way but if you need a attorney to draft paper work of $500.00 how can this be accomplished with out making money initially

I have  a lead garneting site I created  and also have a phone that takes messages for my ads I place but I am concerned that ill never get started I have read all the books known to man I just need to know the truth about investor related start ups, im thinking that maybe im missing something I see a lot of rent to owns and I want to do these deals so I can build a business off of lease option to buy Please Help !
