Can someone recommend a title company near 44122?

I am buying a condo by owner and the title company is my choice.  Would like someone local in case I have to appear in person.  

My old condo was sold last year so I have used that Purchase Agreement and tweaked it to the situation.  It's a good deal, hope to flip it in a few years if the prices go up.  If not, plan B is I'm staying which is what I'm going to do to begin with.
