Investors Who Use Agents- Need Advice

I am a licensed Realtor in IL. I work mostly with first time home buyers who look at properties as owner occupants rather than investors. Lately, I have been getting more investors as my clients. As investors, what do you look for in an agent? How can agents assist you better? I'd love to read any experience or story you can share. Thank you very much for your time.
