Hey BP I was wondering has anyone read the book The ABC's Of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy? I've started reading it yesterday and now I'm thinking about investing into commercial real estate. Some of the creative techniques he explains in this book makes a lot of sense to me and I was hoping to get others insights and opinions what do you guys think BP? I'm torn between flipping houses and investing into commercial real estate now any suggestions?
