Should Wholesalers Have The Inspections Done

Hello BP Community! Just got my first wholesale deal under contract and wondering about the inspection. Should I have an inspection done myself to help market the property to buyers with extra confidence, honesty and convenience, or should I just simply leave that up to the interested investors??? Thank you! Billy Bell Mesa, Arizona

If I was in your shoes I would not bother.  Just make sure that your contract gives you the option to if your end buyer would like one.
