Buy/Hold Multi Family ARV
Hello
Today I saw a 3 family property in Jersey City New Jersey for 199k. It is a home path property that needs about 100-115k in work to make it rentable.
I attempted to run some COMPS in the area for the ARV as I plan to do a cash out refi after the work is complete. I am having difficulty finding comps on other 3 families in the area. Most of the other 3 families that have sold are also beat up and I do not know how to find an accurate ARV. Any input?
