11 unit multi family

Any sggestions on a lender that can close on a 11 unit multi family in New York. Seller is willing to hold one half of the note for the next 5yrs . Existing  Mortgage balance on the property is 0. Got in touch with B2r,  filled out their  forms haven't heard back from them. Firstkey will do only 1-4 . Thanks
