I have yet to do my first, but I'm close to tje "launching pad." Understandably,  I imagine the goal for most seasoned investors is to automate the process of how you acquire, maintain,  and/or sell off your properties.  I would think that a property management company plays a big part in this process. For you more established investors,  what do you look for when shopping around for a management company? Do you use several different companies, or do you put all of your properties under one company? I'd also like to ask the last question again,  however  apply the topic of insurance to the answer. I appreciate all of you insight.
