Foreclosure Auction in Collin County Texas

Hello,

I purchased a home this month at the auction in Collin county, since this is my first time I am not sure what to except. 

How long it take to receive the recorded Deed? I was told a week by Robert Ortolani (Sub trustee) but didn't hear back yet. 

The house is vacant, Can I go in and start remolding or I have to wait for the deed to be recorded. 

Any advise would be appreciated
