Foreclosure Auction in Collin County Texas

Hello,

I purchased a home this month at the auction in Collin county, since this is my first time I am not sure what to except.

How long it take to receive the recorded Deed? I was told a week by Robert Ortolani (Sub trustee) but didn't hear back yet.

The house is vacant, Can I go in and start remolding or I have to wait for the deed to be recorded.

Any advise would be appreciated

Thanks

Absolutely you can start. The property was your the second you provided the funds and the deed was executed.

In some counties it may take a week to get the deed back and some 6 weeks but it in no way effects your ownership
