Converting Heat in a Triplex
Good day everyone. I have a question. I am analizing a potential deal on a triplex. Right now the owner pays for the heat (gas). I would like to add some value and convert the heat to make it separate for each unit. How much does this cost. Has anyone ever changed this in one of your properties? I have heard 5-10k?
