Going to make offer soon.
As a new investor, although I have some previous knowledge about real estate I just have a question regarding the type of strategies I am going to use. I just want to avoid any obstacles that may come up. I am going to use an investor if possiible or use other funding to avoid putting any of my own money up front. What would be the best way to present the deal. I may use the birddog or assignment of contract, buy and fix up and sell or hold. ( its the cash buyers option) anyway Im doing the numbers first and then going to let the cash buyer look at them , hopefully he will go for it if he sees the profit he wants. Any help would be helpfull. Should I let the realtor do most of the work, Inspection , and the rest , Thanks alot for any help
