HOA Foreclosures

As many of you may know HOA Foreclosures have become very common in the Las Vegas area. I have colleagues who have purchased these foreclosures at our local trustee sale and have used them as rentals. Some of them are now interested in selling the HOA foreclosed properties. Does anyone know of any investors that would be interested?
