Just found this. 

When you go to www.assessor.org and search for property records, it allows you to search under property address or parcel number or owner name etc. 

Once you're on a particular parcle, click on 'show parcel map', which is a little gray field on the right. 

You'll see not only your parcel, but a 

blue  shows 2015 sales

turquoise shows 2014 sales

gray shows 2013 sales

If you then click on any of those parcels, it will show you owner and sales info of that parcel. You can then click on the parcel ID number and it will give you more detailed info. 

While I always knew how to get that info, I always thought I had to jump back and forth between different websites and pages. This really make sit much easier.
