new HUD rule - must have washer & dryer??

a realtor told me a new FHA rule took effect in order to meet FHA guidelines.

he told me FHA is requiring a washer & dryer in order to pass it's minimum standards.

I went on google and can't find anything. any news of this?

I don't leave a W/D on my flips and I'm also tempted to stop leaving a fridge too.

You are not required to provide a refrigerator much less a washer/dryer. Tell your agent they will doing their laundry at his house
