Flip Market In Los Angeles

Hi there, I am a real estate agent/investor in the Los angeles area (San Fernando Valley). I am 27 years old and have brokered about 45 deals since iv been been in business (2011). With my earnings I started purchasing properties in 2012 for myself, and have bought, rehabbed and sold about 7 since then with an average profit of 30k. My investment business (SoCalLiving) is currently a dba sole propriotorship. I currently own 0 rental properties and have just flipped up until now. I have about 250k to work with and more if i get partners which iv done with most of my deals. My question(s) is this: With the market getting so tight and deals harder to come across, do i continue to invest in my flip business? Maybe a different state? And do I need to start forming an llc if it's just me doing it? Should i buy 2-3 rentals? Thanks in advance for your advice
