Contractors needed in Monmouth County, NJ

Good Morning All,

I am in contract to purchase a 1966sqft, 3BR/2.5BA, townhouse/ condo foreclosure in Monmouth County, NJ (Ocean Township). The place needs a full renovation and on top of that is has very strong animal odor. The guy living there had about 40 cats and 2 dogs. I'm looking for good contractors operating in this area. Please let me know if you have one...or 2.
