The great thing about BP is that you can learn and assist people with learning the in's and outs of the real estate game. Right now I need help on the concept of owner financing. I feel like I get owner financing and lease option, and Sub 2's all mixed up. I feel that I'm passing up on deal because I'm a one trick pony (whole seller).
