Hello fellow BPers!

I'm from San Antonio, TX. I live on the far Northwest side of town and work in Castle Hills. I'm trying to learn as much as possible about my local real estate market. My question is, where are investors purchasing properties and investing in San Antonio and the surrounding areas and using what strategies? I researched using Redfin and some areas which seem to have high numbers of home sales are the medical center, areas near UTSA or other universities, areas along 1604, as well as anything near our military bases.
